- Click on a work to edit

How to visualize the places where my all artworks can appear?
Artmajeur receives each month up to 1 million visitors, all the works presented on the platform appear in many places:
On the homepage of Artmajeur
- Recently published works car appear on Artmajeur's home page as featured Artwork
- All artworks can be included in featured collections appearing on the homepage
On your artist profile available at https://www.artmajeur.com/YOURLOGIN:
- All your artworks appear on your profile, sortable by available filters
- On section: Galleries, they are sorted by gallery, according to the order you have defined
On the Artmajeur General Gallery:
- When customers select categories/prices/sizes that match your works
On the search form:
- When customers search for terms that are contained in the description/title of your works
On the member's collections:
- Your artworks can be selected and added to collections created by collectors, designers, simple art lovers or by personalities from the art world
People who follow your account
- Your subscribers receive notifications when you upload new works
- Your works appear on their account in section: "Activity of my favorite artists"
Why are not my works on the first page of research?
For very popular keywords, there are a large number of results, there is no guarantee that your works will appear on the first page of results for all the keywords you use (just like on Google).
How are the works classified in the searches?
The works are displayed according to the filters chosen by the customers (categories, sizes, prices etc ...), then they are filtered by date (date of uploading on the site) or by popularity.
How does the filter by "default" (popularity) work?
This is a ranking based on multiple factors: number of sales, time spent on the works, number of additions to favourites etc ... which allows highlighting the most popular works in recent weeks. The ranking is recalculated every 24 hours, so all the works have their chances to appear at the top of the list. Artists with a proven record of sales on Artmajeur, and artworks presented perfectly usually have a better position in the listing.
How does the filter by "recent works" work?
This is the same ranking as the popularity, but a greater weighting is given to the works according to the date of addition to the site, in order to give a chance to new works that do not have many views, nor additions to favourites yet.
I can't find my works in the filter's default (popularity) nor "recent works" why?
All the works appear on the gallery, however, when there are many results, your works can be presented on page 2 or the following pages, sometimes there is a large number of pages. To find your works or your profile quickly and for sure, the best way is to look out for your name or terms/techniques related to your work directly.
How to improve my ranking on Artmajeur?
The approach is the same as to improve your ranking on Google: offer the best quality content, artworks with multiple additional views, unique title and descriptions, images perfectly cropped, classified and documented (title, description, price, dimensions etc ...). Promote your profile to your network, family, friends, and customers. Thus, you generate sales and traction towards your works, which has the effect of putting all your work in a better ranking, it is a virtuous circle!
