"The world of Sophie, a silk painter but not only because she has multiple talents and several very heterogeneous worlds."
After Fine Arts, where I learned a lot, especially open-mindedness to all forms of Art; I became a fashion stylist for around ten years..
Then life made me diverge, travel, discover other cultures and finally get sick, which prevented me from working "Normally".
I discovered silk at a clinic: this splendid fabric, this miraculous white veil on which I have been painting since 2011 with a pleasure and a passion that I try to share!
Recently, I have returned to my first loves: sculpture, assemblages, amulets, tribal necklaces and that is what I would like to present here..
