It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

J'ai pris cette photo au format paysage en contre-jour et en fin de journée, lorsque le soleil était bas dans le ciel. Ainsi, la lumière rasante m'a permis, de mettre en évidence les formes modelées des personnages du premier plan, avec des ombres marquées très denses. Les teintes de violet évoquent le rêve, la douceur et la délicatesse.
Sa composition est marquée par la ligne directrice d'horizon de la mer qui, positionnée par surcroît sur une ligne de force, vient évoquer le calme, la stabilité, la sérénité... de la scène de pêche. Son format horizontal et rectangulaire renforce la sensation de quiétude, de paix. Le plan d'ensemble décrit une atmosphère et insiste sur l'étendue de l'endroit photographié.
Les deux personnages au premier plan (une femme, probablement la mère, et un jeune garçon) sont mis en valeur par la faible profondeur de champ qui les détache nettement de l'arrière-plan avec une impression de mer et de ciel infinis. L'enfant est en train de pêcher sous le regard bienveillant de l'adulte à ses côtés, lui permettant de devenir autonome.
Ce lieu paisible combiné à la sérénité de la scène de pêche, offre une atmosphère de quiétude dotée d'une ouverture sur l'émancipation et la liberté...
