Opera doubleface dell'artista Giancarlo Petrini. Lato A: Lampadalbero, eseguita nel 2005. Lato B: Gulli Vera da Firenze, eseguita nel 2011. Petrini si distingue nel panorama artistico internazionale per aver dato vita alla corrente artistica del Radical Joking Expressionism.

Diplomato nel 1977 all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Macerata con il massimo dei voti e lode in Pittura, Petrini ha all'attivo un'esperienza artistica ultraquarantennale. Impulso importante alla sua formazione artistica viene dato dall’artista di fama mondiale Enzo Cucchi: la pittura di Petrini, specie quella degli anni ottanta, risentirà notevolmente di questa influenza ed il critico d’Arte Mariano Apa (suo curatore negli anni '80) in diverse critiche ne confermerà l’influsso.
Negli anni Ottanta l'opera di Petrini è stata pubblicata in diversi volumi e giornali.
I suoi lavori si trovano presso molte collezioni private in Italia, Germania, Belgio, Francia, Polonia e Stati Uniti.
Ha aderito a molte mostre di caratura nazionale ed internazionale, tra le quali si ricordano le più recenti:
