Rolando García, arquitecto de profesión, incursiona en la pintura con la acuarela, más tarde disfruta el gran colorido del óleo en su obra figurativa, evolucionando hasta el mundo del abstracto. Su manejo de luz y sombra, así como de la perspectiva, le dan gran calidad a su obra.
