It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Independent photographer, Nicolas Bernié specializes in portraiture, corporate reporting and architecture. His work revolves around different themes such as animals, flowers, the environment, daily life. The artist is particularly attentive to the light of his photos, the most complex element of photography. Sometimes, he also deliberately distorts his images to highlight a more aesthetic and poetic rendering. Nicolas Bernié is inspired by painting and the world of arts. He also considers photography as a modern extension of painting. Just as a painter would choose a direction with his brushes, he defines a moment, a focal length, a setting and an angle of view. Observation is essential in his work and the timing must be perfect.
An art that allows him to escape, to calm down and above all to have fun. It was by taking a step back from his work and even from his personal life that Nicolas Bernié chose his artistic approach. An essential condition for him to define his new projects.
