A self-taught artist, Pierre-Henri has been interested in art since childhood and strives to draw animals, then women, in their best light. He got into painting late, armed with a scalpel, meticulously cut stencils and produced numerous portraits linked to the world of jazz and the sacred. Over the years, he swapped his scalpel for a paintbrush and continued on the theme of the sacred, drawing inspiration from current events and his feelings about religion. Today, passionate about nature and Parisian urbanism, he combines the two in a new series of paintings depicting improbable hunting actions, on the platforms of the Paris metros, mixing tradition and modernity.
