Born in 1958, Philippe Fichot studied drawing, photography (shooting, development, printing, photogram, etc.) and offset printing techniques from the age of 16. Alongside his professional activities, he exhibits his personal work and creates numerous covers and booklets for records, as well as two books of photographs. He also devotes himself to audio/visual projects accompanied by performances. Particularly fascinated by black and white, he mixes different techniques - film, digital and computer - in order to obtain (sometimes) disturbing images with convulsive beauty, exploring the depths of the unconscious, memory, eroticism.. .
