Indeed, at least 10 years of practice are necessary to be able to claim the title of airbrush painter, because the realism obtained requires a rigorous artistic education in order to explore the countless possibilities of this tool. Patrick Charuel thus uses the freehand technique, but also that of masking, a complex and dense technique allowing meticulous and detailed work. A subtle dosage between alternating layers of opaque and transparent mediums transports us into a world that is as realistic as it is fluid between colors.
