Paulo R. Stocco Neto é arquiteto formado pela Faculdade de Belas Artes de São Paulo.
Desde 1990 atua como arquiteto em seu escritório de arquitetura Stocco Neto e também desenvolve trabalhos no campo das artes plásticas.
Tem em seu currículo a participação em várias exposições no Brasil em importantes galerias como na New York Gallery - Shopping Center Iguatemi - SP e na Galeria Mali Villas-Boas - SP.
No exterior destacam-se sua participação na 6a. Bienal Internacional do Douro - Portugal onde representou o Brasil com duas obras, na Contemporary Brazil na sede da ONU - Nova York onde também participou com duas obras e
na 8th annual LAC WEEK - Nova York.
