Patrice Kauffman is a contemporary French sculptor. His passions combine to give birth to sculptures based on an aesthetic foundation in which roundness, edges and curves harmonize. Patrice Kauffman is one of those autodidacts who combines art, craftsmanship, industry, and design and constantly renews inventive modern art. These four polarities are so linked that determining which one takes precedence over the others is impossible. The artist plays with the modernity-acquired contrasts that the twentieth century has inherited.
