Olga Pavlovets is an artist with architectural background. She was born in 1984 in Novosibirsk (Russia), but spent her early childhood in Tallinn (Estonia). After the collapse of the Soviet Union her family had to go back to Siberia. In 2008 she graduated from Novosibirsk State Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, the Faculty of architecture and city planing. Soon after that she start work as interior architect. She spent a lot of time traveling (US, Cuba, Europe, Asia). And time after time, she would feel like falling more and more in love with the cities. She looked at everything through her professional architect’s and a city planner’s eyes, and combined that with those overflowing emotions. She began collecting all her memories and impressions by drawing sketches, willing to keep all the feelings she has had. From 2014 she identifies herself as an artist. She started working with oil painting and hasn’t stopped ever since. Her favorite subject is cityscapes with deviant and expressive colours, combinded with emotional brush strokes. Bright individuality is an identity of her art.
