Peinture sur le motif dans les « Vosges », un matin quand le soleil avait peine à se montrer avec, encore, une brume stagnante au-dessus du lac. Le paysage semblait transparent, aussi, j’ai traité le sujet comme une aquarelle pour rendre cette impression de flottement ; un peu « japonisante ».
