Let me introduce myself, I am Natacha Zenatti, a French painter listed since 2019.

I have always had a taste for drawing and traveling.< /strong>

I spent part of my childhood in Angola and my high school years in Venezuela. After 2 years of biology in college, my passion for drawing took over and I began my art studies. In Paris in a 2D/3D animation preparatory school then in Lyon in a traditional 2D animation and illustration school. During this period, my taste for sketches from nature asserted itself, witha natural predisposition for everything that concerns humans.

Interiority, understanding and feeling the uniqueness of each person through my pencils is an interest for me that is renewed and refined every day. Painting and drawing are a very special way of learning about the world, and a means of exchange also when traveling.

In an appetite for discovery, I went to Burma. It was a revelation. I composed my first work entitled “Travel diary-Burma-Myanmar” in self-publishing. Favorite trip, the Fnac bookstores recognized it and awarded this notebook a “booksellers’ favorite” in 2012.

I continue to paint outside of my travel, this passion nevertheless remaining very present in my creations. My painting is not fixed, my technique evolves according to encounters, I worked with a wonderful African painter who irremediably marked my artistic style. This artist introduced me to abstract art and letting go in painting. I learned alongside him both his collage techniques and how to let myself go in the abstract expression of my interiority. From then on, I who only produced pure figurative art, I began to integrate backgrounds into my paintings, backgrounds in which I have since that day sought to interweave the faces that inspire me.

I continue my journey day by day and also exhibit my work. I was awarded the creation prize in March 2016 at the Asiatica museum in Biarritz, the city of Biarritz prize in March 2018, and I have been a listed artist since January 2019. Listed artist means that I am referenced among a community of professional French artists and recognized by experts in the field (auctioneers, art critics, etc.).

I have always had a singular attraction to portraits, for the interest of what a face gives off, so I launched into the portrait painter activity. Personal creations are my daily work, but now I also execute orders for individuals who are interested. Hoping you like my work :)
