Acadia, Maine, Workshop Centre
This workshop in June 2007, was with the well known Stephen Quiller, a wonderful artist who is a magician with color, composition and watermedia techniques! I had a wonderful time and grew as an artist thanks to Stephen. I will certainly take more of his workshops, there were 17 artists in our group mostly from the States and 2 from Canada.
Workshops in Georgian Bay with the Blue Mountain School of Landscape Painting in 2004, and in Algonquin Park with Jeff Miller of Look See Paint and Catherine deMontmorency of Franklin Carmichael Art Centre in 2006 and 2007.

Happiness is the key!
Painting makes me feel good, I love beautiful things, my world is one of wonders that is so beautiful and inspiring - the sound of a waterfall, of birds, of whistling leaves, the smell of the forest, the blue of the sky, an inspiring sunset or sunrise, the smell of the forest, in other words CREATION - God is the greatest Artist of All!
Reviews and comments

Hello Marie, I enjoyed looking at your paintings, they are very good and I love the colors! (I'm from Robert's Forant website).
Hugs from Florida, Janet
Bravo on your new web site! Nicole has told me much about your art, and now I actually get to see it. I like your philosophy, and each piece conveyed a different emotion for me. "Luminous Reflections" conveyed peace; "Aurora Florealis" made me laugh; "Toronto Sunset" reminded me of my previous home; "Refreshing Falls" was hypnotic. I could go on and on. I'm looking forward to seeing new additions to your web site.
This is a great way to promote yourself. Creating a mailing list is also important. I would add your future exibitions on your website.I have watched you improve your style & technique over the last 4- 5 yrs and you are doing great...and I am very proud of you!
Merci! Marie-Therese Forand
