Monica Lowenberg , was born in Mexico City. Since she was young she was particularly interested in the wonderful world of the fine arts. Her talent for painting led her to also discover skills in music, photography and literature.
She studied graphic design, a profession that served as a bridge to enter the world of colors and forms, where she discovered a very distinctive, pictorial language characteristic of her work, of her subjects and helped her succeed in translating figurative , sublime sentiments and feelings of the human being. She expresses the goodness of the spirit with warmth and simplicity.
Her quest to overcome has made her a self-taught artist, although she has also taken courses and workshops. Research in various pictorial techniques added to the taste for oils, pastels and inks that have given way to her particular contemporary style
