Calligraphie arabe moderne

Seeing a blackened paper of calligraphies, a man asked to him:
- How is it made that of white you would have become black ?
The paper answered :
- I did not blacken myself the face. Ask ink.
The ink:
- It is the calame which spread me on this paper.
The man addressed himself to the calame which answered :
- Request with the hand which, with a penknife, cut me and plunged me in this black liquid.
The hand : I is only one poor flesh, it is the power which guides me. The power was excused :
- I am entirely subjected to the will.
The will : - I do not have any freedom. I am driven by the heart which gives me its orders by means of the knowledge which speaks by the intelligence.
The intelligence :
- I am only one lamp which lights only if it is lit.
