Cette nouvelle toile fait partie de la dernière série "en eaux profondes" qui explore, entre autres choses, l'âme et les réactions que notre conscience peut avoir face au monde extérieur. Introspectif, le tableau n'en reste pas moins un hommage d'amour aux animaux qui sont toujours présents dans mes toiles voire qui constituent le costume dont se pare l'humain pour parler de lui...
Il s'agit d'une peinture acrylique sur toile de lin montée professionnellement sur un châssis bois. L'oeuvre est vernie. Elle n'est pas encadrée, comme à mon habitude, les bords sont peints, propres, et un système d'accrochage au dos permet de suspendre le tableau sans problème au mur.

Marty Crouz is a contemporary illustrator and animal painter based in France. She is fascinated by the exploration of the individual's emotions as seen through the eyes of nature and animals. Animals or people are staged in dreamy, picturesque, or psychedelic compositions. She frequently refers to her work as "art illustration" since it uses artistic techniques but its subjects are representational in an illustration-style.
Marty Crouz explores her world, observes with insatiable curiosity what surrounds her and transforms all this energy into a precious expression, where the time of realization is part of the process. The technicality of gestures, glazes, go hand in hand with her desire for total freedom to create what she wants and how she wants. Dreamlike and introspective, her "images" are nonetheless marked by pop references and considerations of her time.
