Luciana Andreani's artistic research focuses on the modalities and structures of contemporary communication through the analysis of the mechanisms that lead to the diffusion and the massification not only of commercial products but also of conceptual values and demands. Symbolic images, psychological mechanisms, trademarks, objects of industrial production reveal, in the flow of popularization and global advertising, the same semantic roots and become the mirror of a society that is defined by spreading signs and styles through a viral mode, a contagious propagation that radiates in a capillary way a new iconography, surrounded by a sacredness that is all the more intense as it is strengthened by the communicative forms with which it is designed and distributed by the media.
