Seller Lionel Jung-Allégret
"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Lionel Jung-Allégret studied political science, law and philosophy of law. His poetic work favors "itinerary" texts, one poem per book, questioning the possibility of reconciliation between the presence of man in the world and his constant confrontation with the mortality of the living.
"Without the writing of poetry and the work of collaboration with the plastic artists who illustrate my books, I would not have dared to undertake painting. Poetry restores a gaze. A gaze on something other than mere thought, that the only language. Painting, by instituting a gaze, goes beyond the limit of poetic work in its relationship to the unspeakable. Painting allows me, because it is first and foremost matter, to draw further towards what cannot be seen by the idea, cannot be identified by an acquired understanding. There is an imperious injunction to do which emanates from the canvas and from the worked substances themselves. A summation of the movement, of the thing in the process of being made. The physical confrontation with the materials used and the space of the support arouses this creative energy of movement.
Serendipity is a company both of fomentation of silence and of creation by looking at “creation”. Gaze created by pictorial matter in movement and self-production. Then the look of the viewer who completes the painting without ever finishing it, is the final artist by giving it positioning in space and meaning through his gaze.
In the Raw Figures , the irruption of visions, of a memory that is not mine, only occurred in the act of painting, dictated by the call of painting itself, endowed with a power of imposition and authority. The experience of this painting keeps the figure at a distance from all thought to give way to the thought of Figures. It only exists through the eye, which transforms the flatness of shapes and colors into a primary vision. If defining oneself as a poet remains a question, painting proposes to be a fabricator of chances and occurrences."
