About the author
Esco (her first name Estelle), died on August 29, 2012 at the age of 30 after 4 years of fierce struggle against what is commonly called a long illness. Until her last hours, she continued to advance the project of the 3 graces that we, her family, will soon put online here. Likewise, several unfinished works, for which she gave some instructions, will be presented.
Estelle had dual training: a Master's degree in Biology-Geology and a Master's degree in Geoengineering and Environment. His scientific training is one of the major keys to his artistic work.
His sudden discovery of sculpture is linked to the appearance of the illness, without it being the driving force. On the contrary, by sculpting and modeling, she fully lived her creation without it being a vector of complaint or expression of suffering. The message is elsewhere...
Esco was until the end an accomplished young woman, lucid, responsible, driven by great will and a keen sense of justice. She was also very generous, including in the last hours of her short life.
We will therefore maintain this site in memory of Esco-Estelle. May it inspire some young artists wishing to follow the path she has outlined.
