Né en 1971 à Épinal dans les Vosges David Marchal a commencé ses premiers dessins à l’âge de neuf ans et c’est premier portrait à l’âge de 11 ans puis a commencé ses expositions amateur locale à l’âge de 14 ans avec beaucoup de succès, puis a beaucoup évolué dans le dessin et s’est mise à la peinture à l’âge de 16 ans pour en premier l’aquarelle, suivie de la peinture à Louis Qui tout était vendu assez rapidement avec succès, c’est à l’âge de 20 cinq ans environ que David Marchal trouve son style qui n’a quasiment plus évolué jusqu’à aujourd’hui connu assez localement mais aussi nationalement. Bien que David Marchal est artiste, peintre amateur c’est un artiste qui a beaucoup de succès, donne par par ses portraits, et d’autres part par la taille de ses tableaux qui sont de grand forme en 2023, David Marchal continue à peindre et à exposer localement.
