Prema, also known as Risto, is a versatile artist whose journey reflects a relentless quest for discovery and creativity. Born with an insatiable appetite for art and wellness, she now lives and works between Norway, France, Greece, Spain, and various other locations that have nourished her artistic and spiritual practice.
Her artistic journey began in Norway, where she spent two years at Einar Granum Kunstskole, a renowned art school. She continued her studies at the École des Beaux-Arts in Aix-en-Provence in France, where she perfected her skills for three years in the art of drawing and painting. This academic training is followed by a deep commitment to the practice of yoga, with two years of training alongside masters trained by Swami Janakananda Sarasvati, who deeply influence him both spiritually and creatively.
Her desire for exploration then took her to Greece for four years of painting, where she immersed herself in artistic practices while following Reiki initiations, with a particular emphasis on the first and second degrees under the guidance of the master.
