Roman Lasa is an expressionist artist who specializes in graphics. He was born in Poland in 1975. He graduated High School of Fine Arts in Kraków. From 1995 to 2001 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków and graduated in Silkscreen Workshop.
After finishing his studies he stayed in Kraków. Currently he practices painting, drawing and graphic arts. His works are in many private and public collections in France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Holland, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Poland.
His current source of inspiration is anthropological approach to the human being, in which transformation performs a crucial role. His art form and technique reflect complicated nature of the human. Man expressed with intensive color and bold line states questions, and evokes emotions.
