He is also engaged in decorative and applied art, in particular tapestry (in co-authorship with his wife Lydia).In the creative subjects of the artist often appear landscapes from travels in Central Asia, Vietnam, India, the culture of which he enjoy. In his works the artist does not bypass the picturesque landscapes of Ukraine, where the simplicity of rural motifs alternates with the elegance of churches in the Ukrainian Baroque style. Ruslan Saenko's driving force all his life has been music, in particular jazz compositions, which often play a significant role in the artist's works and inspire him to new works. As the artist himself admits - his art is music depicted on canvas.Both of the artist's sons Andrei and Dmitry Sayenko also became artists.The artist has more than 20 personal and group exhibitions in Ukraine, Europe and Asia.The works are stored in museum galleries and private collections in Ukraine, France, Belgium, England, USA, Germany, Austria, Poland, China and other countries of the world.
