About the author
Artist born in Uruguay, in 1971, secondary education teacher of the subject Visual Communication.
Since 2002, he has dedicated himself to drawing using pencil and oil pastel techniques, developing commissioned portraits.
In 2008 he undertook projects in the performing arts, participated in 2009 in the "Setiembre Escánico" Performing Arts Festival in Montevideo, Uruguay, developing sets for the theater group "Kalkañal Salto".
The study of watercolor begins in 2023, in the workshop of the plastic artist Lucía Delbene.
These series of paintings belong to this recent stage of development of watercolor (year 2023), which include urban and countryside landscapes, and imaginary and real characters.
These watercolors exhibited on this website respond to different themes from real or imaginary characters to urban or rural spaces (landscapes), real or imaginary.
