About the author
In offering my works, I am not looking for profit ; I hope to recoup some of the cost of practicing my passion in order to continue its study and learning.
From adolescence I loved modeling, creating objects such as masks, dolls, various subjects, seeing them take shape under my fingers, giving them body and expression, translating a feeling and breathing life into a movement.
I loved already also drawing, tracing lines, curves, I loved catching a glimpse of the alchemy of mixing colors, imagining figures, representing a setting, an idea, a chimera.
Life and its vagaries have not given me the space to satisfy my passion; I promised myself that once I retired, I would pick up pencils, tubes of color and brushes, I would rediscover this pleasure, I would see what maturity and instinct would bring to an ability finally put to the test.
Mission accomplished: here I am, a painter amateure;
What I like is see the canvas change before my eyes as my approach materializes; I like to be inspired by impressionism and its realism as much as venturing towards the abstract or even flirting with the surrealist mode.
They say about my painting that she is joyful; all me what!
