  • Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.

How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?

  • The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.

Can we buy the work after the leasing period?

  • Yes, on Artmajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).

How are the safety and insurance of works managed?

I was born in 1965 in a small city in the central region of France. After living the first 18 years in the same place I have being continually moving around ever since. I studied economics, communication and marketing in Toulouse and Paris. I started painting seriously when I moved to Brussels in 1989. When we later went back to France, I began exhibiting some oil paintings in 1991-95.
In 1995, we moved to Istanbul for 5 years. I took a break from painting as I became a mum with 2 kids in one year (one adopted from Vietnam and one biological). However the beautiful impressions and the wonderful images of Turkey were etched in my memory and I knew they would come back one day.
In 2000, I moved to the UK where I resumed painting watercolors. Then in 2003 we came to Chicago. After the adoption of our 3rd child (also from Vietnam), images of that very important country for us will come soon...), I picked up my brushes and once again began painting in oil. I have participated to 2 exhibitions, about Chicago and Istanbul.
Back to France and a new story is starting...
...My new pjoject is to paint the memory of someone (special event, a beautiful travel, special anniversary,...), using collages and oil painting.

1989: oil painting workshop, Brussels.
1991: Bordeaux Fine Arts lessons
1993-94: watercolor and oil painting workshop, Paris.
