Passionné par le dessin et la peinture depuis mon enfance, autodidacte à mes débuts, j’ai décidé d’entreprendre une formation artistique par le biais de l’Institut d’Arts Visuels d’Orléans.
Habitant à Mardié, j’ai toujours peins anonymement sans trop chercher à exposer. A présent, j’ai décidé de mettre ma peinture à la lumière et à la vue de tous.
Ma peinture est très narrative, philosophique et parfois théâtrale. Elle pousse vers l’imaginaire. En ce sens, je préfère que le spectateur s’évade dans mes tableaux plutôt que de lui donner une explication qui le pousse dans une unique voie.
Vous remarquerez que je ne peins pas de natures mortes ni de payages, l’important pour moi c’est l’humain et tous ses sentiments. Je peins des corps et des visages car c’est ce qu’il y a de plus complexe, une façon de mettre en exergue ma technique picturale, je fais de l’art pour l’Art, je ne cherche pas la facilité, je ne peins rien d’inutile, la vie est trop courte pour ça.
