Hello. My name is Nikolay Starostenko I am an artist living and working in Novosibirsk, Russia.
The main topic of my work is a person and his emotional and physical state. I am concerned about various topics, such as the loneliness of a modern person, uncertainty about the future, his fears, phobias. My work is half improvisation and inspiration, on the other hand, thoughtful and painstaking work, I use bright spots and a thin expressive line, the line for me is a tool for creating the right image. No less important is the color design and the perfect combination of warm and cold colors. To create my works, I use watercolors, colored pencils, pastels, markers and a pen.
