Auction for charity on the occasion of the 10th Death anniversary of the artist in 2013 Carmelo Di Bella
Zum 10. Todestag des Künstlers Carmelo Di Bella im Jahr 2013 sollen drei markante Werke – unter anderem ein 2 Meter mal 1 Meter großes Gemälde – im Rahmen von Charity-Auktionen versteigert werden. Der Erlös soll zu gleichen Teilen gemeinnützigen Organisationen und der Deutschen Krebshilfe zu Gute kommen. Die Galerie wird demnächt über die weiteren Planungen berichten.
On the occasion of the 10th Death anniversary of the artist Carmelo Di Bella in 2013 three prominent artworks will be auctioned as part of charity auction - including a 2 meter by 1 meter wide painting. The proceeds are shared equally charitable organizations and the German Cancer Aid. The gallery will report about further plans.

Drei Jahre lang Besuch der Kunstschule Belle Arti (Catania), sowie zwei Jahre Absolvent des Abendpraktikums im Atelier von Professor Meluzzo (Catania, Italien). 1963 Immigration nach Deutschland, lebte zunächst in Minden (Westfalen), später in Frankfurt am Main, zuletzt bis zu seinem Tod 2003 in Bad Arolsen (Nordhessen).
1959 erste Kollektivausstellungen in Catania und Belpasso (Italien); ab 1975 Teilnahme an über 45 nationalen und internationalen Kunstausstellungen (Einzelausstellungen und Kollektivaustellungen). Mehrere Preise und Auszeichnungen.
Seine Gemälde, Zeichnungen und Skulpturen befinden sich in öffentlichen Einrichtungen und in Privatsbesitz in Europa und USA.
