She was born in Kiev in 1964. Elena  has two higher educations.  
She is a doctor by her first education. The second is the Institute of Arts of the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Fine Arts

 
Member of the Creative Union of Professional Artists Moskva.

 Member of the Unified Register of Authors and Certified Works of Art "ARTRESTR".
