The American born artist,Jeff Sterling (1949- ) has an atelier-studio at nearby La Rochelle,France on the Bay of Biscay (Atlantic Ocean) and the nearby islands of Ile de Re' and Ile d'Oleron are among his favorite destinations to create paintings. This unique rendition was painted on paper and it will be shipped ready to hang and display in a clear plastic 'photo type' box frame...same size as art.
