It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

J'ai découvert l'Art numérique un peu par hasard en installant un logiciel de dessin et retouche sur mon ordinateur
Avant toute chose, il y a l’artiste. L’artiste qui utilise un medium plutôt qu’un autre pour laisser libre cours à sa créativité et exprimer ce que son imagination perçoit et construit. En ce sens, l’ordinateur et les nouvelles technologies (logiciels, appareils numériques, scanners…) ne sont que des outils utilisés par l’artiste pour donner vie à ses idées. Si celui-ci n’est pas inspiré, ce n’est pas l’ordinateur qui va créer à sa place. Cependant, il existe des logiciels permettant une création aléatoire d’images qui peuvent être considérées comme étant de l’art digital, même si elles sont avant tout le reflet d’équations mathématiques complexes.
Comme pour les arts plus classiques, nombreuses sont les formes d’art digital. Il y a évidemment les images, qui ont une place prépondérante, mais également le son et le mouvement. Peinture numérique, animation 2D et 3D, photographie numérique, montages photo, light painting, stop motion, neen art, pixel art, game design, art fractal, estampe numérique, installations, mapping, net art, art génératif…
L’art digital est pluridisciplinaire et a cela de particulier qu’il peut faire entrer une problématique d’interaction entre l’artiste, l’œuvre et le spectateur.
Pour mes créations numériques j'en reste à l'image pour le moment .
J'ai plusieurs alternatives
Soit j'utilise des créations personelles ( Photos, Peintures à l'Acryliques, ou dessins au fusain) qui serviront de base à l'oeuvre numérique. L'oeuvre étant scannée ou photographiée servira de support.
Je travaille beaucoup avec les filtres ( Couleur psychédélique, Fractalisation, Distorsions Déformation active , Mappages divers … ) qui vont modifier l'oeuvre originale et lui donner une nouvelle apparence.
Le plus difficile dans le processus de numération est de savoir s'arrêter quand il faut !
Trop de numérique tue le numérique serai je tenter de dire !

Gipéhel (Jean-Paul Lecoeuvre) is self-taught.
In his youth, he approached painting through the figurative: landscapes and still lifes. After a long period of inactivity he took up his brushes again at retirement age
He discovered another universe: the abstract. The work of Hans Hartung was a shock for him. He was in tune with this pictorial universe of lyrical abstraction.
His favorite field is to paint with acrylics, sometimes with collages of paper on the canvas, to create reliefs or even the occasional use of Indian ink and sand.
Charcoal for him he likes it a lot, he practices a rapid improvisational gestural drawing which he leaves to rest to come back “cold” to it with an eraser, until he finds the result as satisfactory as possible! .
He finds his inspiration in biblical texts, music and themes that current events develop. His technique owes a lot to Jazz and improvisational music. He paints with this in mind, finding his way along side roads in search of new horizons.
He also explores virtual digital art which opens unsuspected doors, sometimes using his personal work as a basis for work. .
