Vor etwa 20 Jahren begann ich, die Bilder die zu bestimmten Ereignissen in meinem Kopf entstanden, auf Papier zu bringen.
Jeder Mensch geht seinen eigenen Weg. Nicht schnurgerade, nicht gleich auf ein Ziel zustrebend, weggeschubst, stolpernd, schneller oder langsamer - aber unaufhaltsam.
So bin auch ich auf dem Weg, blicke zurück, schaue nach Innen und nach Außen, versuche mich mitzuteilen, um Hilfe und Aufklärung bittend, bemüht, nachzudenken und das Zentrum meines Lebens zu finden.
Mit der Erfahrung der rasenden Jahre, der Erkenntnis, dass es zu den schönsten Dingen des Lebens gehört, er-lebtes anderen mitzuteilen, sehe ich nmittlerweile nicht mehr alles schwarz/weiß sondern differenzierter, mein Leben und damit auch meine Bilder werden vielschichtiger und bunter.
Neben der Liebe zur Landschaftsmalerei beschäftigen sich meine neuen Arbeiten zunehmend mit dem Versuch, Außenansichten des Innenlebens zu fertigen. Gefühle, Zustände, Stimmungen - tiefe Erlebnisse oder Beziehungen stehen Modell.
