Bozena Happach is a contemporary Canadian sculptor. She works with materials like bronze, stone, fiberglass, metal and resin, and gesso-duro, and her extensive experience has allowed her to explore a broad spectrum of figurative arts, and resulted in an in-depth study of autonomous as well as relief forms of expression. It also afforded her a unique opportunity to work on large-scale sculptures for private clients, participation in Sculpture Symposiums, and having her sculptures displayed in public places and gardens: Ville de Boisbriand, St-Jacques, Lac Mégantic, St-Andrew (NB) et Robinston, Me (USA).
Currently, the artist uses reliefs and three-dimensional figurative works to express herself, occasionally incorporating abstract elements. The intricate beauty of the human form is depicted in her sculptures. Along the path of both physical and spiritual progress, she hopes to show the depth as well as the flaws of human endeavor.
