From ours lives we tend to see the light in only one way. Perhaps the light has brought with it new knowledge and experience which we may choose to ignore. I believe that the human face is a light, with hidden secrets. Within my paintings, I try to expose those secrets and bring out the light of one’s self through both bright and dark colors, and through various expressions, from happiness to sadness, to capture those interesting moment in ours lives. Both a woman’s face and a man’s face are full of secrets and emotions. I like to sometimes mix both faces together, and mix various techniques in one piece of art.
