"Drawn" to a group of future artists, my intention was to marry the figures in the foreground to Warhol's multicolored prints of Marilyn Monroe. As I proceeded to cover the canvas, I began to treat the figures as a colorful living sculpture. Through the use of color and contrast, I wanted to create a vibration of back and forth, a conversation between the figures and the pop art.
