I was born in 1953 in an old farmhouse a short distance from the town of Castelvetro. I still remember very well how was the location and the atmosphere of those times there, and in an almost remember the many special and unique individuals that I could see along the typical path a bit 'rickety and asphalt that leads to the river, or better yet in the backyard of my house.
Thanks to these remarkable natural talent in drawing and painting at age fourteen, in a foggy and late afternoon toward the end of february, beginning to attend an old attic used as a study of an artist very smart : James Malfanti.
In that room, humble and dusty, between the thick smoke of many cigarettes and the smell of turpentine rest somewhat fascinated by how " the painter of Monticelli " places here and there in a simple reason linked to the landscape certain pigments in oil from the smail intestine and peculiar.
I observe that lifestyle, secluded and quiet that way to experience art.
James Malfanti said " Peace" in the passage of years has remained more or less attached to your world, so I have the rest, but also quite suitable to discover new attitudes depending on how m'care.
In those years often feel the urge to wander around romantic, to seek precisely along the footpaths of the countryside to sketch with pencil and drawing paper that has seen a slight sense of solitude to make it unmistakable.
Then in the secon half of the seventies I find it almost by accident a very original way to represent some inner feelings, in fast born the " Compositions ". These are placed here and there at an event in musical character, and often use pastels as if I were in some way back to when I was still a child. Sometimes convey something that just reminds doing suggestive of lightness, as a condition sweet and strange.
In the eighties I paint again, mainly landscape, but I feel better writing, in fact compose several short stories and many poems.
In the early nineties, after several artistic experiences and several exibitions, I read in a particular way some philosophers, Martin Heidegger, Jean Paul Sartre, and finally thanks to these interesting authors, however, fin inspiration, something that can be good.
And I'm just codest unique portraits at odd times, in other usul situations, necessarily depends on multiple factors in existential character.
I have exhibited in the past in several Italian cities. I remember a bit of nostalgia with the notable event held in the city of Lodi : two long and very fruitful winter months spent in the quaint village near the Adda.
The nineties are full of creativity.
Was in fact created an avalanche of portraits.
Strangeness and elegance seem more appropriate adjectives to emphasize the essence of representation, and it is clear that during the discovery and the evidence of the character intuition is the main protagonist of this circumstance and emotional painting,
