Biography
I was born one day of July 1955. By looking at behind, I realized that I always want to create. After studies out of FAC, I had last the C.A.P. of plasterer to rub me with the matter. At the beginning of the Eighties, I put myself at the photograph (taken of sight, development and pulling). In the middle of the Eighties, following a writting workshop, Ii caught the virus of the words and I writes several novels ("pink paper ", inter alia, in the course of publication on ) till 2 years ago. In 1998, I started in parallel to carve wood. But, in 2002, my words were put at evil and I very rocked towards the sculpture. At the beginning, as wood that I worked was wood of my garden, I was very respectful and sought the dialogue with wood: it was it which guided me! Since, I had taken again urgence which existed in my writing and l transposed it on wood! Now, this wood, always so noble, must serve my vision! Apart from the wood of the garden, I use means of the edge: drink recovery of worn pieces of furniture, plastic, glass, plaster, stone of the garden, painting of do-it-yourself, felts... Obviously, from the techniques and materials that I use, I assert myself more and more as plastics technician rather than as sculptor! I am an autodidact and I assert it! Recently, - June 2003 -, I seek to share my vision of the world with the Other through my creations. And as it is necessary well to speak owing to the fact that we are a couple (my wife "painted"), and this since very, very a long time, I can say that we work each one on our side, in a different step, but it exists a healthy emulation between us two: with each time one of us two finished a creation, the other is its first critic. And I suppose there is there points of convergence between our two worlds!

bonjour, je me suis décidé, enfin, à réactualiser mon image sur le site ! Celle d'avant datait d'environ 16 ans et je ne voudrais pas tromper les personnes qui ne jugent que par l'apparence ! Donc, la nouvelle image date de l'année dernière (2016) et il y a quelques années en plus...

Je serai présent au vernissage et de temps en temps au Salon d'hiver à Strasbourg du 9 au 12 novembre 2017. Mais, surtout, 2 de mes derniers travaux seront là, en "vrai".
Ce salon aura lieu au Pavillon Joséphine, av. de l'Europe, 67000 Strasbourg (France).
Les horaires et les jours sont indiqués sur l'image jointe et sur le site de la manifestation.
Si des personnes sont intéressées par une présentation de mon travail montré ou autre, je ne pourrai plus lire mes messages internet à partir du 8 novembre. Uniquement joignable par téléphone (sms de préférence, je ne suis pas tellement téléphone, sculpture oblige...).
En attendant, jouons sur les mots et, comme le disait (plutôt le chantait si bien Alain Bashung), OSEZ JOSEPHINE !

Je montrerai certaines de mes sculptures et un ou 2 dessins.

2ème édition du SACA (Salon d'Art Contemporain d'Auvergne). Je participerai et serai présent pour cet évènement. Sous la bannière de l'Art des Annonces/Galerie Art Fresque Povera au stand n°4 pas loin des murs de l'exposition générale. Je présenterai des sculptures en pierre et en bois.

My step is the division! Above all! The division of my visions, the visions of my worlds! In these worlds, there is joy and much of suffering. For my part, I selected moreover excavate the world of the suffering! I think it is necessary that the witness recognizes his own suffering and that of the others. Perhaps will he be with able to cure more and the world will go a little less badly? To express this suffering, I seek imbalance, asymetry, nearest to the "crude". To share this suffering, it is necessary that creation touches on the level of the emotions to cause a reaction. "aesthetic" L?aspect is thus not aspect major of my creations, but there always exists despite everything! To say these feelings, I am used for myself of all that "falls me under the hand": noble wood, industrial wood, glass, plaster, stone, sand, wire, nails, screw, adhesive, varnished, wax, even waxing, painting of do-it-yourself, fabrics... while crossing, grating, sandpapering, sticking, fastening, combing, extreme... I have not a particular technique, because I adapte according to or materials used and of my vision! All that I then to say, each time I use a different wood, it passes first(after "weeding") by a passage to the "Xylo" before being more worked! Lastly, that all these wood, if not painted, is always varnished or waxed! With is current, my step more "plastic" then other thing? I work as well on small size (20 X 20 cm approximately) as large size (200 X 100 cm approximately) according to materials used. Note: to the level of my creations, I must say that I create also time with other of the lighter creations of "transition", on other "painful" topics less.
