Formé à la taille de pierre à Toulouse, Florian Cabrera se tourne rapidement vers son envie première : la sculpture sur marbre. C'est à Carrare, en Italie, qu'il parfait son apprentissage durant plusieurs années. Il collabore avec des artistes internationaux comme Nicolas Bertoux ou encore Cynthia Sah, sur des réalisations monumentales qui ont investi les plus grandes capitales mondiales.
Florian Cabrera réalise toutes ses œuvres en « taille directe », sans croquis préalables ni maquettes, réalisant ses sculptures directement sur et dans la matière.
Aujourd'hui il a implanté son atelier en région parisienne où il continue à réaliser des sculptures en marbre selon ses inspirations ou sur commande.
