"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Laure Ferrando is a versatile artist, born in 1976 in Aix-en-Provence, whose artistic career has evolved over the years to encompass painting, sculpture and photography. She developed her passion for art from a very young age and continued her journey by obtaining a License in Plastic Art at the Sorbonne in 2001. These studies broadened her artistic horizons and allowed her to master a variety of materials and techniques, exploring the entire spectrum of artistic expression, from the figurative to the abstract.
Living in the Dordogne for more than 30 years, Laure Ferrando has been deeply influenced by the beauty and diversity of the nature that surrounds her. In 2019, she made a discovery that would transform her artistic work: ceramics. This new form of expression was a revelation for her. She began using porcelain fragments, shavings, workshop scraps and other materials to give life and volume to the flat surface of her paintings.
Laure Ferrando's artistic work explores social and societal themes, focusing on the place of the individual within the social mass. Through the recurrence and repetition of motifs, his works question the notion of individual identity and relationships with others. It explores the concepts of differentiation and comparison, inviting the viewer to reflect on their own position in society.
Movement is a key element of Laure Ferrando's work, symbolizing the path towards improbable emancipation. The ceramic fragments seek to escape the traditional framework of the painting to take shape in space, transforming into installations and wall sculptures. Laure Ferrando's work is an invitation to reflect on the human condition and the way in which individuals define themselves in relation to others in a complex and interconnected world.
