Cette oeuvre est la quatrième d'une série de petites toiles prêtes à suspendre. Je n'avais pas vraiment d'idée lorsque j'ai commencé à la peindre, mais les petites taches de couleurs me rappelaient des fleurs. C'est ce qui est merveilleux avec la peinture intuitive. On ne sait jamais ce qui se dessinera.
Cette oeuvre est réalisée avec des peintures acryliques de qualité professionnelle (Winsor & Newton, Golden et Liquitex) sur une toile de première qualité 100% coton.

I started with nothing in mind, but as I painted, those tiny coloured spots reminded me of a patch of flowers. That's what so wonderful with intuitive painting. You never know what will happen. Enjoy.

Chantal Proulx is a contemporary French-Canadian painter. After experimenting with several media such as sculpture, painting on silk, and watercolor, she finally adopted acrylic painting and mixed techniques. Her goal through her art is to make living environments more joyful and appealing to the eye, creating emotion in the spectator. Proulx uses vibrant colors and quick gestures in an almost unconscious manner. She adds texture with graphite, watercolor pencils, or charcoal while the paint is still wet.
