Dutour combines a variety of techniques and mediums to provide many access points into his cosmos, drawing inspiration from the new realists, Magritte's humor, or Duchamp's conceptual work. He works in a variety of media, including painting, sculpture, photography, video, neon, and installation.
Benoît Dutour was born in 1967, in France. His artworks were displayed in galleries in France, Spain, China, the Optical Art Museum of Porrentruy (POPA), Switzerland, and Marseille's MUCEM.
