Qin Luoan, male, Han nationality, was born in Huaiji, Guangdong in 1979. Graduated from the university majoring in Chinese language and literature, a middle school teacher, and a member of the Communist Party of China.
Artistic expertise: calligraphy, seal cutting, literary creation (applied writing).
His works have won the Bronze Bronze Prize for Hard Pens in the Second "Hanmo Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition, the First Prize for Chinese Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Brushes in the Second "Yiyuan Cup", the First Prize for Brushes and the First Prize for Seal Engraving at the "New Century Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. He has won more than 20 awards such as the third prize of hard pen; he has participated in many national and international exhibitions such as "Eagle City Cup", "Shutangshan Cup", "Yuwang Cup", and "Sackler Cup"; his works and biographies He has been included in many large-scale dictionaries such as "The Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Artists", "98 Chinese Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Illustrations", "The Dictionary of People in Calligraphy and Painting", "The Dictionary of World Outstanding Experts and Talents", etc.; he is known as "Famous Young and Middle-aged People in Contemporary China" Calligrapher and painter".
