Apres les beaux arts a Nimes et a Toulouse,ou l'éducation ne m'a pas tout a fait convenue,j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer Michel Pourteyron a Aix en provence .Lui peintre deja connu,mais bien loin de ce qu'il est devenu par la suite,m'a encourage a continuer de peindre,m'a aidé,et surtout m'a permis de le regarder peindre pendant ces créations,.La j'ai compris que l'apprentissage ne se faisait pas forcement avec des profs,mais avec des peintres.J'ai eut la chance d'en rencontrer d'autres par la suite,mon éducation c'est faite comme cela.J'ai cherché mon "style",puis j'ai peint,j'ai peint,j'ai peint,j'ai fait beaucoup de reproductions d'artistes que j'aimais,pour essayer de trouver "le truc" la couleur j'ai refait encore et encore.Jusqu'a ce que ma peinture fasse "mouche",chez moi d'abord,puis chez les gens.Voila pour les debuts de l'histoire,c'etait en 67/68
