Born in northern France, Fabienne Martin developed a passion for drawing at an early age. She attended classes at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d’Art, located on Olivier de Serres street (Paris XV).
Her artistic career started with textile design and commercial art. She then focused exclusively on oil painting using an old technique called “a tempera”, to which she gave a personal and modern twist.
Fabienne currently works in the south of France, near Avignon. She exhibit on a continuing basis in the following galleries: Barelly, in Saint-Rémy de Provence, d’Exception, in Aix-en-Provence and Cape Gallery, in Byron Bay, Australia.

The focus of my work is research on the signs and symbols drawn from ancient times.
They lead us to the spontaneous expression of the moment in the creation of unique works.
The search for light through the objects represented, live or frozen, is a deep research that reflects the simplicity of being. She tries to express an inner experience of peace
