"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Michel Ruelle, born in 1956 in the Paris region, is a self-taught painter who has honed his skills through painting classes at an art school in Nantes. During this time, he delved into various techniques, most notably airbrushing, which he now regularly employs in his artworks. Through airbrushing, the artist expanded his repertoire to include diverse materials like metal, leather, plastic, and wood, offering him a new creative dimension beyond traditional canvas painting. Working on these unconventional mediums has instilled in him a determination to succeed and a willingness to embrace the challenges they present.
In his art, Michel Ruelle doesn't strive for hyperrealism but instead embraces a modern figurative approach, reimagining the poses of his subjects. While he doesn't seek to reproduce an exact reality, he does aim to capture the essence of reality by skillfully employing light and contrasts. He acknowledges a strong affinity for black and white aesthetics, akin to certain photographs that emanate a particular warmth.
His artistic style is a harmonious blend of modernity and realism, bringing forth a unique visual language that resonates with viewers. His dedication to experimenting with different techniques and materials has allowed him to carve a distinctive niche in the world of contemporary figurative painting.
