I am Svitlana Andriichenko, an Ukrainian artist. I was born 22/02/1977 in Svitlovodsk/Ukraine, lived in Ukraine. Art school, law education, job (20 years of experience as a prosecutor in the prosecutor’s office), home, family. The pleasure from genuine sincerity and comfort. A decade of building dogmas and card houses - status, well-being, place in society, Illusions of existence. And a decade of extinguishing the spark of desire for creativity and self-expression. From personal experience - it's not easy. But there comes a moment when you become free. You decided it yourself, you did it yourself. Everyone should feel it - happiness, a little fear and an intoxicating feeling of freedom.

I am an artist. I create paintings. Canvas, oil and color - this is my universe. My concept is simple - my feelings, language, thoughts are my paintings. The whole range of emotions available to me in this world is transferred to the canvas. Color is my passion. What I want to tell the world - I am, I enjoy creative purity, I put a piece of my soul in every picture and share it. Everyone is capable of changes and triumphs. Just be confident in yourself. Enjoy your life and my emotions, transmitted in color.

“24/02/2022 my life situation changed at the same time as millions of Ukrainians. A tactless and impolite day in the history of a neighboring people, tragic for us and our country. Before that, I was full of plans and hopes... On February 24, 2022, the world turned upside down and russia’s war against Ukraine began. My life is divided into “before” and “after”. Immediately sirens, basements and the decision to flee to Germany, where before the war my daughter lived and studied at the university. Two days on the road and since 01/03/2022 I have been living and creating paintings in Cologne, Germany. Now I hope for a new life full of searches. New country, new challenges...

With great difficulty, I managed to transport more than 200 paintings from Ukraine to Germany. My portfolio contains about 300 paintings, which are stored in Cologne. Today my paintings are already in the collections of art connoisseurs in the USA, Israel, Norway, Germany, France, Italy, Turkey and Ukraine.”
