It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

La vie m’inspire, tant sa beauté que son absurdité, sa force et son évanescence.
Je m’inspire d’images que je collectionne, mes propres photos, mes croquis sur le vif, mes croquis intuitifs, réalisés à partir de gribouillages qui prennent forme de manière surprenante, mais aussi des images issues de mes rêves ou de mon imaginaire. L’image me fait voyager, et j’aime voyager dans l’image. Parfois de manière silencieuse et contemplative, parfois de manière plus narrative et joyeuse.
Quand l’image est suffisamment ancrée en moi, je la traduis en peinture, au couteau, alla prima, dans un geste spontané. Je cherche à transmettre du mouvement, de la vibration, de la vie sur la toile. Les compositions sont riches en texture, avec une application épaisse de peinture provoquant une dynamique où le chaos tend à harmonie. L'expressivité des touches hypnotise l'oeil dans un voyage au travers de la toile et de son énergie vibrante.
Actuellement, je travaille de plus en plus par série thématique, en cherchant à décliner une atmosphère, un univers, sur plusieurs toiles, comme on compose un album de musique. Conserver une forme cohérente sans pour autant se répéter. Des motifs récurrents s’invitent parfois d’une série à l’autre. Les différents univers s’interpénètrent, prennent des libertés, pour ne pas rester enfermés dans des catégories.
